University, Time Square malls to reopen Friday
University and Time Square malls reopened their doors Friday for tenants doing “retail-to-go,” but retailers did not reopen.
A spokesperson for Mason Asset Management and Namdar Realty Group tells News 3 that no retailers opened Friday at University Mall in Carbondale. The spokesperson says many businesses opted to wait and are hoping to be up and running in the next few days.
