CLEVELAND, Ohio — Ohio’s malls and retail shops are allowed to reopen on Tuesday under guidelines announced in late April by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine. But things won’t seem normal on the retail side for quite some time and stepping into a shopping center or mall will be a new kind of experience in Northeast Ohio.

Employees, vendors and contractors at Ohio Station Outlets will be required to undergo temperature testing daily, and to check for flu-like symptoms, according to a press release from Namdar Realty Group, which owns Ohio Station Outlets. Employees will wear face masks and gloves while on property.

High-traffic surfaces will be cleaned regularly throughout Ohio Station Outlets, with retailers urged to do the same at their stores.
