Regency Square Mall reopens, but J.C. Penney remains closed
Owners Mason Asset Management and Namdar Realty Group announced May 11 that more than two dozen tenants reopened at Regency Square Mall as Gov. Ron DeSantis allowed retailers to open with restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Anchor J.C. Penney remains closed at the 9501 Arlington Expressway Mall. The department store chain also has not reopened its Northeast Florida stores in The Avenues mall or the Orange Park Mall
