Colorado Springs malls to reopen under safer-at-home order
COLORADO SPRINGS — The Chapel Hills Mall and Citadel Mall will reopen Monday under new guidelines Gov. Jared Polis has outlined in the new safer-at-home order that is now in effect, according to a press release.
The malls will offer “Retail-To-Go” with the following steps in place:
