Colorado malls to remain pick-up only after May 1
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs’ two malls reopened Monday with major restrictions as the new “Safer at Home” order went into effect.
The order allowed non-critical retail to reopen Monday for curbside, window, walkup or similar pickup service. The Citadel Mall and Chapel Hills Mall followed suit.
